## Working with your providers

Through Collaborative Continuing Care we stay in touch with your therapist, doctor, or treatment program so the plan holds together, without involving anyone at work unless you choose to.

## Questions professionals ask

### Will my employer find out?

Not from us. Nobody at work is told anything unless you decide they should be, and you decide what.

### Can this work around travel and a full calendar?

Yes. Check-ins, coaching, and monitoring are arranged around your schedule, including when you are on the road.

### Do I have to stop working to get help?

Not necessarily. The assessment looks at what level of care fits; for many people that is treatment that runs alongside work, with support in the evenings and between commitments.

### Who will know?

You, John, your Care Coordinator, and whichever providers you choose to involve. We agree the list at the start and keep to it.
