Collaborative Continuing Care

Ongoing support for the year after treatment.

Continuing care is what happens after treatment ends, which is where most recoveries falter. Two Care Coordinators, one for your loved one and one for the family, stay in weekly contact, keep the treatment team in the loop, and help both of you learn what recovery asks of you. It is a plan that gets kept, not a series of check-ins.

Recovery Coaching

Practical support for daily life after treatment.

A credentialed recovery coach works with your loved one in the real world: building routines, handling triggers, and keeping momentum in the weeks and months after treatment.

Companion Services

Someone by their side during risky stretches.

A companion is a credentialed professional who is physically present when that matters: early recovery, travel, a high-risk event, or the return to daily responsibilities.

Monitoring

An objective answer to "are they using?"

Remote breathalyzer and saliva testing, scheduled and random, with results sent to the people you agree on. It replaces suspicion with facts and lets trust be rebuilt on evidence.

Safe Passage Transport

A trained companion travels with your loved one, door to door.

Torchlight plans and staffs the trip to treatment and home again: flights, ground transport, updates to the family, and a handoff to program staff.

Why one plan works better than five

These services are built to work together. When the intervention, the treatment program, the coaching, and the monitoring all follow one plan, the gaps close and progress holds. We work with families nationwide from our base in Charleston, South Carolina.
