For families
Support for Executives & Professionals
Executives and professionals carry pressures that make getting help harder: a calendar that never clears, a reputation to protect, and people who depend on you.
High performance, high pressure
Getting help should not mean blowing up your work life or letting everyone know. It means a plan that fits around your responsibilities and keeps what is private, private.
How we help
- An intervention when someone won't accept help on their own
- Support that flexes around your schedule and travel
- Weekly accountability through Collaborative Continuing Care
- Care that fits into working life rather than interrupting it
Everything is handled with confidentiality and respect for your reputation and privacy.
Working with your providers
Through Collaborative Continuing Care we stay in touch with your therapist, doctor, or treatment program so the plan holds together, without involving anyone at work unless you choose to.
Our role
Discreet, confidential support that fits into real life. We are available to talk through how it could work for you.
Questions professionals ask
Will my employer find out?
Not from us. Nobody at work is told anything unless you decide they should be, and you decide what.
Can this work around travel and a full calendar?
Yes. Check-ins, coaching, and monitoring are arranged around your schedule, including when you are on the road.
Do I have to stop working to get help?
Not necessarily. The assessment looks at what level of care fits; for many people that is treatment that runs alongside work, with support in the evenings and between commitments.
Who will know?
You, John, your Care Coordinator, and whichever providers you choose to involve. We agree the list at the start and keep to it.
